It may seem brave of me—to go out in the world and stand for what’s good in the face of evil, for what’s right in the shadow of what’s wrong—but what do I truly have to lose? What am I afraid of?

I am here for this very purpose.

If I recognize what is right, with mindfulness, patience, intention, awareness, and discernment,

I will say what needs to be said,

I will do what needs to be done,

and I will never take back the words that come from this mouth,

and I will never regret what I choose to do.
